Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council – Conference & AV System
In 2015, we successfully implemented a state-of-the-art conference, AV distribution, and master clock system for the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council. This project modernized provincial council proceedings with advanced communication tools, video tracking, and synchronized timekeeping across the entire facility.
National Water Supply & Drainage Board – Centre of Excellence for Water and Sanitation
Successfully completed a state-of-the-art AV over IP system linking 7 lecture rooms, 14 meeting rooms, and an auditorium. The setup featured KanexPro Network HD, iSmart tracking cameras, and an auditorium equipped with Christie projectors and Anchor AV lifts for high-impact presentations.
MAS Intimate – Digital Product Center
State-of-the-art Digital Product Creation Center for MAS Intimates, featuring a 4K 60P AV over IP system, 3x3 video wall, high-resolution signage, Microsoft Teams Room setup, interactive touch panels, and an intuitive control system—enabling seamless collaboration, innovation, and digital workflow transformation
Sri Lanka TV & Radio Monitoring System
In 2009, we delivered Sri Lanka’s first-ever nationwide TV and Radio Compliance Monitoring System for the Ministry of Mass Media. The solution was designed to empower regulators with real-time oversight, long-term archiving, and compliance verification across both television and FM radio broadcasts.
Court Digitization Project – Commercial High Courts, Sri Lanka
In 2019, I led the first phase of Sri Lanka’s court digitization initiative—digitally transforming Colombo’s Commercial High Courts 1, 2, and 3—funded by USAID. Following its success, Phase 2 was completed in 2022, extending the solution to Commercial High Court 4.
Seamless Edge-Blending Projection – Sri Lanka
In 2005, I introduced seamless edge-blending projection technology to Sri Lanka, creating immersive large-scale visuals for events and product launches at a time when LED walls were not yet available in the local market.
Breathe Free Lanka (Cipla) – Meeting Room Solution
Successfully completed a Yealink MVC860 Teams Room with UVC86 AI camera, 3× VCM36-W mics, 2× MSpeaker II, and a 98″ Horion 98M6A Pro interactive display for seamless hybrid collaboration.
IFS – Auditorium Collaboration System
Successfully completed an auditorium remote collaboration system using Yealink MVC860 with UVC86 AI camera and AVHub, integrated with the existing AV setup and advanced lecture tracking for seamless hybrid presentations.
Commercial Bank – CEO’s Boardroom & Main Conference Room
Redefined the meeting experience for Commercial Bank by delivering advanced Microsoft Teams-based collaboration. The solution featured the Yealink MVC960 system, three UVC86 tracking cameras, six ceiling microphones, 16-input HDMI switching, an 86-inch display, and a custom podium with touch display and QR code–based AV control.
InQube Global – Meeting Rooms & Collaboration Displays
Successfully completed Yealink MVC860 Teams Room systems with UVC86 AI camera, wireless mics, and MSpeaker II units, integrated with a 98″ interactive display and 85″ Horizon panels for seamless hybrid collaboration.
EAP Broadcasting – New Facility Relocation (Orion City)
Successfully completed the relocation of EAP Broadcasting’s entire broadcast station to its new facility at Orion City. The scope included full management of cable installations, utilizing Canare video and audio cables to ensure reliable signal flow and seamless integration of all broadcast systems. This project enabled EAP Broadcasting to establish operations in a modern facility with robust infrastructure, supporting high-quality television production and transmission.
Parliament of Sri Lanka COPE & COPA Multilingual Broadcast System
Successfully completed the multilingual broadcast systems for Committee Rooms 5 & 6 of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, a landmark project funded by UNDP to strengthen government transparency. Key Equipment: - Sony PTZ cameras (6 units) - Blackmagic 72×72 routers - Fiber transmission system - Blackmagic ATEM switchers This project enabled live multilingual broadcasting of COPE and COPA sessions, ensuring wider public accessibility and accountability in parliamentary proceedings.
Sri Dalada Maligawa – HD OB Bus, Studio & MCR Playout
Successfully completed the HD OB Bus, Studio, and Master Control Room (MCR) playout system for Sri Dalada Maligawa, upgrading the temple’s broadcast and media facilities. Key Equipment: Ross video switcher Grass Valley T2 player/recorder Professional studio lighting system This project enhanced the broadcast quality and reliability of one of Sri Lanka’s most significant cultural and religious institutions, ensuring high-quality coverage of events and ceremonies.
CBC Tech Solutions – Meeting Room Solutions (2024)
Successfully completed 7 meeting rooms with interactive displays, Yealink SmartVision 40 cameras, and Yealink RoomCast BYOM solution, enabling AI-driven tracking, wireless presentation, and seamless Microsoft Teams collaboration.

ITN – Full HD OB Bus
Successfully completed the Full HD Outside Broadcast (OB) Bus project for Independent Television Network (ITN). __Key Equipment: - Grass Valley Karrera switcher - EVS XT Nao Replay System - Ross routers & glue systems - Harris multiviewers With a project value of over US$ 300,000, this OB bus has strengthened ITN’s live broadcasting capabilities, supporting high-quality coverage for news, sports, and entertainment.
